  • They can renew a paramedical or Allied Healthcare professional registration, or they can also suspend or remove his name from the register if the professional did something wrong.
  • They can also listen to the complaints from the public (including patients and their relatives) against misconduct or negligence by a paramedical or Allied Healthcare professional.
  • They are also responsible to check that no unqualified person works as a paramedical or Allied Healthcare professionals

What are the Documents you need to apply for registration of your provisional degree?


 ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION ->>

you have to show the original documents in the office 
  1.  HIGH SCHOOL MARK SHEET 
  2. INTERMEDIATEMARKSHEET 
  3.  DOMICILE CERTIFICATE OF UTTARAKHAND
  4. PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS ( minimum 4 photos are required )
  5.  DEGREE / PROVISIONAL DEGREE  ( you have to write an application with it )
  6.  INTERNSHIP CERTIFICATE
  7. 1ST, 2ND, 3RD, YEAR MARKSHEET
  8.  AAdhar CARD 
  9.  PAN CARD
* All the documents mentioned above should have  2 separate sets of photocopies for submission to the council...

  1. OTHER DOCUMENTS based on Person to person 
  • Admit card of 12 the class 
  • 12th completion certificate 
  • etc.  if you have these documents well and good if not no problem your registration process will start that day and you can find them later and show them.

What is the timing for the Office?


 ->>  The office of Uttarakhand Paramedical Council is open during all the working days of the week except Gazetted holidays. 
 The timing is From 9 Am to 1pm.

Step by Step Guide 

  1. First off all  collect all the documents that are required .
  2.  Now GO to a photostate or xerox shop and create 2 sets of photocopy of your orignal documents. These photo copies will be submitted in the office .
  3. Now attest each and every photocopy with your signature , ( attest yourself )
  4. Go to bank and create a demand draft of 2000 INR
