Level 5 ( 29200- 92300 ) is pay grade of ot technicians
Level 4 (25500-81100) is the pay grade of CSSD Technicians .
Eligibility for applying is
FOR OT TECHNICIANS
1. Candidate should have passed Intermediate Examination in Science from Board of Secondary Education Uttarakhand or any examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
| 2. The candidate should have a degree / diploma degree in Operation Theatre Technology from any institute eligible for registration in Uttarakhand Paramedical Council.
3. Candidate should have certificate of registration with Uttarakhand State Medical Faculty or Uttarakhand Paramedical Council.
4. It is mandatory for the candidate to have at least 02 years of work experience in the work related to a medical institution recognized by the State Government. For CSSD Technicians :
| 1. Candidate should have passed Intermediate Examination in Science from Board of Secondary Education Uttarakhand or any examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
2. The candidate should have a degree / diploma in CS.S.D. from any institute eligible for registration with Uttarakhand Paramedical Council.
3. Candidate should have certificate of registration with Uttarakhand State Medical Faculty or Uttarakhand Paramedical Council.
4. It is mandatory for the candidate to have at least 02 years of work experience in the work related to a medical institution recognized by the State Government.
Age limit :
18 years to 42 years
SELECTION PROCEDURE :
1. The written examination for selection will be of objective type related to technical subject of 100 marks. One mark will be awarded for each correct answer and 1/4th of negative marks will be awarded for each wrong answer. (See Appendix "A" for post wise detailed technical examination syllabus.)
2. Question booklet of written examination, after examination. Candidates will be allowed to carry them along.
3. The answer sheet of the written examination will be in triplicate with carbon copy and the candidate will be allowed to carry the duplicate copy with him.
4. After the written examination. The answer key of the written examination will be displayed on the board's website www.ukmssb.org.
Guidelines for Written Examination
I. General / Unreserved. It is mandatory to get 45% marks for O B C 0 and E 0 W S category candidates and 35% marks for SC and ST category candidates.
II. In the written test question paper evaluation, 01 mark will be given for correct answer and 1/4th negative mark will be given for each wrong answer.
III. The question paper booklet will contain questions and options in both Hindi and English languages.
IV. Candidates will be allowed to carry the question booklet of the written examination with them after the examination.
v. OMR of written test Answer sheets (O.M.R. Sheet) will be in triplicate. OMR The original and the second copy of the answer sheet will be preserved separately and the third copy will be allowed to be carried by the candidate. Each candidate will compulsorily submit the original copy of the answer sheet and the second copy to the invigilator.
VI. Penalty for Wrong Answers- Penalty (Negative Assessment) will be given for wrong answers given by candidates in objective type question papers
(a) Each question has four option answers. Question for one wrong answer given by the candidate for each question One-fourth of the marks assigned for the same will be deducted as penalty.
(b) If a candidate gives more than one answer to any question, then it will be treated as a wrong answer, even if one of the given answers is correct, the same punishment will be given for that question as above.
